Prosjektet 'Copernicus bretjeneste' er et samarbeid mellom Norges vassdrags- og energidirektorat (NVE), Norsk Polarinstitutt (NP) og Institutt for geofag, Universitetet i Oslo (UiO), for å utvikle en nasjonal bretjeneste for Norge. Bretjenesten skal hovedsakelig basere seg på data fra Sentinel-2 satellitten i Copernicus-programmet. Prosjektet er delfinansiert av Norsk Romsenter gjennom Copernicus. The Project Copernicus Glacier Service ('Copernicus bretjeneste' in Norwegian) is a Cooperation between the Norwegian water resources and energy directorate (NVE), the Norwegian Polar Insitute (NP) and the Department of Geosciences, University of Oslo UiO). The service will mainly use data from the Sentinel-2 satellite in the Copernicus-programme. The Project is partly funded by the Norwegian Space Centre through Copernicus.
